You will also find Kia selling nuts and other foods full of goodness at the Organic Food Markets with the Honest To Goodness team on the weekends.
For the past five years I have worked in the health & fitness industry as a personal trainer. Working day in and day out with people who have weight loss as their number one goal, it turned my focus to nutrition.
I am in my second year completing an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and participate in as many wholefood cooking classes as possible (I love cooking!). I am looking forward to the day I get to share my knowledge with others and help people achieve their weight loss desires, all whilst still eating fabulous food. When I am not studying or working I am in the gym training, running, hanging out with those closest to me or planning my next holiday.
Sally
Sally is one of our friendly customer service gals here at Honest to Goodness HQ! When she is not looking after our wholesale customers or making delicious treats for the staff, Sally is at home prepping organic & healthy feasts for her family. With 2 teenage children, Sally is never short of a challenge in feeding her family healthy & delicious food. Sally has an educational background in Nutrition, has run health food stores, day spas & organic food coops, as well as being a passionate foodie and an amazing cook! Sally has some amazing homemade recipes which she is always sharing around the Goodness office…keep them coming Sally!
Lauren is one of our Team Goodness members, who you will catch at our Leichhardt market stall every Saturday! A bit about Lauren…
I am currently studying a combined degree of exercise & sport science and nutrition & dietetics. I have finally made it to my 5th and final year which involves honours in Dietetics. I enjoy a wide range of sports, particularly sailing, touch football and netball. Through my involvement in sport and my studies in nutrition, I have developed a keen interest in sports dietetics & the role that nutrition can play in improving and maximising sports performance.
I love to travel the world, to discover amazing places, meet interesting people and best of all taste all the local delicacies. I enjoy working outdoors and working in a field that is related to my passion of good food…not to mention the lovely team of people I get to work with!
Tawnya Bahr
I have been an enthusiastic advocate of good food and creative cooking all my life. Fifteen years ago I brought my food passion to Australia from San Francisco, California and never looked back. As a member of the “Slow Food Movement”, I am a staunch supporter of growers’ markets and organic foods, and showcase local producers in my tours, food classes and presentations. I’m also a volunteer with OzHarvest and enjoy my association with such a fabulous organisation.
Since teaming up with VictorsFood in 2008, I have been hosting regional food experiences, working with The EQ Village Markets conducting market tours, running the Paddock to Plate tour for Essential Ingredient and assisting at specialised cooking classes and food events such as Taste of Sydney. I have a passion and appreciation for the culinary art of cooking with quality produce and fresh ingredients.

Kellie
After a diverse start to my working career I followed my passion for nutrition, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle and had a total career change. This eventually led me to Honest to Goodness, where it has been wonderful to work with and learn from, so many passionate ‘foodies’. After completing an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Science my focus has turned to public health nutrition of which I am completing my masters in. Nutrition is forever evolving so I am continually learning and loving it!
I love good quality healthy whole foods and am fanatical about trying new restaurants, cafes and cuisines. When not studying or working at H2G you will find me at the gym, trying new restaurants, at the beach, enjoying the outdoors or perhaps exploring my more adventurous side hanging from a rock somewhere!!!!
