Credits & Returns


We understand that occassioanlly items may need to be returned  for some reasons

Please note that..

  1. Requests for credits on invoices/orders received must be made within 48hrs of delivery of the order.
  2. All returns must be approved by the customer service team prior to being returned.
  3. The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging.
  4. Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked at the warehouse.

Once your retun had been approved...

  1. Complete a Customer Returns & Damaged Goods Form. Download it here..
  2. Email your completed form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax it to (02) 9420 3762.
  3. Attach or enclose a copy of the form to the items being returned.

 

Credits are unable to be issued on...

  1. Discontinued Items
  2. Any item 30 days after delivery
  3. Seasonal Merchandise (Christmas, Easter etc)
  4. Sale items and bonus buys (Trade show offers etc)
