We understand that occassioanlly items may need to be returned for some reasons
Please note that..
- Requests for credits on invoices/orders received must be made within 48hrs of delivery of the order.
- All returns must be approved by the customer service team prior to being returned.
- The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging.
- Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked at the warehouse.

- Email your completed form to

- Attach or enclose a copy of the form to the items being returned.
Credits are unable to be issued on...
- Discontinued Items
- Any item 30 days after delivery
- Seasonal Merchandise (Christmas, Easter etc)
- Sale items and bonus buys (Trade show offers etc)
