Q. How long have you been trading?
A. We have been around since 2002 supplying our bulk lines. The fabulous retail range was launched late in 2008.

Q. Are your organic products certified?
A. Yes. Our warehouse and production facility are certified for organic processing by Australian Certified Organic (ACO). In our retail range we have colour coded the certified organic products to differentiate them from the rest of our range to prevent any confusion. Green = certified organic products & Purple = natural products.

Q. Where is Honest to Goodness located?
A. We are based in Artarmon on Sydneys North Shore but deliver nationally.

Q. Do you have a minimum order for wholesale supply?
A. Yes, $250 for our retail range or $300 for our bulk foods range or a mix of the 2 ranges.

Q. My order doesn't make the $250 or $300 what should I do?
A. Try buying direct through our online shop it is really easy. However, if you are a regular wholesale customer spending more than $2000 per month on average in the past 12 months, we are able to process a small top up order, less that $300 when need arises. This will be done with no fees attached.

Q. Can you arrange delivery?
A. Sure can. Metro Sydney customers may be able to receive free delivery via 'Gus the Nut Bus' who has regular runs across town. For those a little further afield we can arrange delivery with one of our regular freight providers 'at cost'. More information on delivery can be found here

Q. What do you call Sydney metro?
A. On the north shore, 'Gus the Nut Bus' travels up the north shore rail line to Chatswood, the east/south to Mascot, Inner city to Balmain and West to Enmore. For us this is Metro Sydney but contact us to see if we come your way too.

Q. How much will freight cost?
A. Freight is given to you at the same price given to us by the freight company. Most freight providers charge based on weight, dimensions and location. We can give you an idea of freight charges once we have your order finalised or an estimate before if need be. Don't forget, you can always pick up your order Monday to Friday if you prefer to avoid freight costs.

Q. When is the freight free?
A. If your order is over $500 and you are in our Sydney Metro area, you may qualify for free delivery. We deliver on Wednesday - East, City and Inner City areas and Thursday – Inner City and the North side. If you would like your order delivered on an alternate day to the ones listed here, we are able to do this but freight will be charged 'at cost'.

Q. Can I pick my order up from the warehouse?
A. Sure, between 9am & 3.45pm

Q. Can I visit you?
A. Click here for our showroom opening times. You can come by then & have a look at our range. If you need to chat to one of the wholesale team members it is best to call before hand & make an appointment. Our loading dock is open between 9am & 3.45pm for pick ups & deliveries. (Please note we need about 48hrs to process wholesale orders, normal retail sales are simply cash & carry on the day - like a shop).

Q. Do you mist or spray your warehouse?
A. Absolutely not. .....(you should really be asking this question of your suppliers)

Q. How do you control pests/insects?
A. We closely inspect all items before they enter our warehouse and use only approved organic pest control measures in the warehouse. If you have pests in your pantry at home you may like to have a read of this.

Q. Is your packaging biodegradable?
A. No, not yet. We have conducted some shelf testing with biodegradable bags and they just didn't keep the goods at the quality we would both expect. We are on the lookout for a suitable biodegradable pack and are certainly working on this as a priority. The bags are reusable and we minimise packaging wherever we can. We use biodegradable pallet wrapping & tape. We have quite an extensive reuse and recycling program at our warehouse and are always looking for a more socially responsible ways for us to go about our business. We are not perfect but are trying. We would welcome any suggestions that can help us on our path to becoming a better citizen.

Q. Do I need to pre-order?
A. Yes please
, this gives our customer service and warehouse staff the time to process and pack your order so it can be with you as soon as possible. Q. Are most of your products Australian?
A. We love to sell Australian produce and support our Aussie farmers as much as we can, although there are times when weather conditions affect supply, or if products are not readily available in Australia we have to look a little farther afield.

Q. It's just my family and some friends, can I buy wholesale?
A. Yes you can, although you need to reach the minimum order for wholesale supply (see above) on each order.

Q. Why should I buy from you guys?
A. That's a good question! We are a 100% owned and run Australian business with very high ethical standards in the produce we supply and the service we offer. Besides that, we are sure we have the best food in the world and it truly is 'real food that loves you back'.

Q. What does the retail range look like?
A. It looks fantastic, and we're not just saying that because it's ours! To check out what our great new packaging looks like, have a look here. Our range is available in very handy resealable packs that are shelf standing. The green packets are organic & the purple ones are natural to prevent any confusion.

A. Well, most customers not only love our food but our service as well. However, there are hiccups at times and we are more than happy to sort them out for you.
