Fundraising FAQ's

Who can apply?
Any not for profit organisation can apply to be a part of Fundraising Goodness. Our fundraising team will assess your application promptly. Download the application form and return it to us for approval.

How do we apply?
Simply complete the application form and return it to us by post, fax or email.

How does it work?
At the end of each quarter, all totals are reviewed. Any organisation that has reached more than $100 in credit will be sent a cheque soon after. If you are not quite at the $100 threshold, your accumulated total continues into the next quarter. If your code remains inactive for more than 6 months, you will be contacted and your account reviewed by our team.

Why a $100 threshold?
Due to the large amount of organisations that are registered with us, we were forced to set a limit at which the cheques are written. This makes for a smoother process for everyone involved.

What are the benefits for my organisation?
Fundraising Goodness earns money for your organisation all year long through our online shopping incentives. As well as this, there is the opportunity to introduce new families and friends at one-off fundraising events. With very little effort Fundraising Goodness could help you’re not for profit organisation earn much needed funds.

What if the user forgets to enter the code at the checkout?
Always make sure you tick the box 'I would like to donate to charity' at the check-out, this will automatically prompt you to enter the code for the refund to be awarded to your club/school. Sadly, due to the high volumes of orders, and the processes involved we cannot manually backdate donations after the customer has checked out.

What if my organisation has already registered?
Once an organisation has been registered, we will inform you if a duplicate application appears.
