The SuperJam empire was created by Scottish teenager, Fraser Doherty, after being taught to make jam using his Gran's secret recipes at the age of 14. From humble beginnings, the company now supplies major UK supermarkets, has won a variety of awards and is even exhibited in a UK Museum as an 'Iconic Scottish Food Brand'.From Fraser's book, 'The SuperJam Cookbook'... "I wanted to transform the world of jam for ever. I set myself the goal of coming up with a healthier way to make jam. It took hundreds of attempts. I eventually worked out how to make jam entirely from fruit and fruit juice, without adding any sugar or anything artificial.
