How do I know if it is organic? |

Look to see if the product is certified.
All certified organic and certified biodynamic products has been approved by an independent body known as an organic certifier. The organic certifier audits and certifies the food and/or the food making, distribution and storage processes as organic. At present in Australia there are 7 organic certifiers, listed below, that each have their own unique logo. Look out for this logo or certifiers name on your food. These certifiers are monitored by an independent auditor from Australia at Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS). Australian Certified Organic (ACO)
