Please remember to use the product code when placing your order to avoid any confusion (believe me…it can get a little confusing sometimes!).  Contact us if you require a current price list (they are updated monthly) and we will get one straight to you. 

If you have any questions about your order you can phone us on (02) 9420 3761 prior to placing your order. However, to reduce the risk of error we request that orders are not placed by phone unless you have no alternative. We will contact you if there is any product on your order that is unavailable before your order is despatched.

To receive wholesale pricing we do have a minimum order value of $250 for our retail range or $300 for our bulk foods range (or mixed bulk & retail range). If your order doesn’t quite make it, why not try buying direct through our online shop it is really easy & the minimum spend is only $30. However, if you are a regular wholesale customer spending more than $2000 per month, we are happy to process a small top up order, less than $250 or $300 when need arises. This will be done with no fees attached. However, if you are a regular wholesale customer (order at least once a month on average) and your monthly spend is less than $2000 we will need to charge you a small order processing fee of $10 + GST on top up orders to ensure we can continue to maintain a sustainable business model (after all, it is in all of our best interests for us to be around long term!).

If your order is less than $250 - $300 and you really want wholesale pricing, the simple answer really is just order more, we have loads of good stuff and it is easy to spend $250 or $300 without trying too hard.

DESPATCH & DELIVERIES

Normally it will take us 1-2 working days to turn your order around, meaning from the time we receive it until the time it is ready to leave the warehouse. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. 

Warehouse pick up
If you are picking up your order come by the warehouse loading dock between 9am & 3.45pm Monday - Friday.

Sydney Metro Deliveries by Gus
If you are in the Sydney Metro area, we do have regular delivery days. ‘Gus’ our nut bus heads out on Wednesdays (North & West) & Thursdays (Inner city, east & south) each week.

Sydney Metro means different things to different people but to us it is the route taken by our nut bus ‘gus’. He doesn’t like to stray too far from home but Gus does travel up the north shore as far as Chatswood, the east/south to Mascot, Inner city to Balmain and West to Enmore. So for us this is Metro Sydney but contact us to see if we come your way too. 

If you are in metro Sydney & require delivery on any other day, we will need to send your order by courier. The freight is charged ‘at cost’ depending on what the freight company charges us. Alternatively you can come by & pick it up.

Delivery outside Sydney Metro
Your order is despatched usually 24- 48hrs after being placed. The time taken to get to you will depend on your location and freight carrier used. It doesn't normally take very long. Contact us with your location & we can give you a rough guide, however freight companies are notoriously unreliable so always keep a day or 2 up your sleave!

FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight charges may apply to your order. As much as we would love to be able to deliver all your orders for free, and have everything delivered free to us for that matter, freight sadly is quite costly to us all. We thought it best to make the freight costs separate to the food costs to make the pricing much more fair and transparent rather than us charging a lot more for each product we sell so as to cover the freight charges. If you are in the Sydney Metro area you may qualify for free freight – see below under ‘can I get free delivery’ for more details.

Freight charges are passed on to you at the same price given to us by the freight company. Most freight providers charge based on weight, dimensions and location. We can give you an idea of freight charges once we have your order finalised or an estimate before if need be. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with estimated total weight of your order and town or suburb the order will be going to.  Don’t forget, you can always pick up your order Monday to Friday if you prefer to avoid freight costs.

As a little guide we can get up to 25kg around most of Sydney for $5.95 but it does depend on what we are shipping.

PRICE CHANGES

Due to unavoidable seasonal and market variations, all prices are subject to change without notice. We do however try to keep you up to date with market trends in our ‘Good News’ Newsletter, so hopefully no price changes will be a surprise. If you are not yet receiving the Good News contact the office and we can place you on the mailing list.
