Ingredients 125g butter (chopped) 2 tbsp golden syrup ½ tsp bicarb soda 2 tbsp water 1 cup organic rolled oats 1 cup organic wholemeal flour 1 cup rapadura sugar ¾ cup organic desiccated coconut ½ cup organic raw macadamias ¼ cup organic mini-gold raisins Method Preheat oven to 180◦ C and line baking tray with paper. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and add the golden syrup. Stir until smooth; add the bicarb soda then the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined. Roll level tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on your baking trays at least 5cm apart. You can flatten them if you wish or leave them nice and plump.
