Organic Chocolate Sticky Cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
300g organic raw sugar
2tsp vanilla essence
4tbsp organic cocoa powder
150g organic white spelt flour
100g butter, melted  

Method: 
Stir dry ingredients together gently with a spoon (do not beat or mix in a blender). Add remaining ingredients, still stirring gently, until completely mixed.Line the bottom of a round cake form, preferably a loose ring one, with greased and floured baking paper. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cake form and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 175oC  oven.
