Makes about 6 slices

Ingredients
75g brown sugar
125g self-raising flour
200g rolled oats
100g butter
150g Blueberry and Blackcurrant SuperJam (or any jam of your choice)

Method
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the sugar, flour and oats in a bowl, and rub in the butter using your fingers until you've got a nice dough.

Grease a medium sized baking tin, about 25cm long, then divide the dough in half to about 1cm thick - it should be about the same size and shape as the tin. Place one half in the tin, spread the jam on top and lay the rest of the dough on top of the jam.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the oats have turned golden brown. Cut into slices once its cooled.

SuperJam is made from 100% pure fruit, available at our online store and Showroom!
