Protein Breakfast Booster (Gluten Free)
This is a simple and easy way to boost your protein intake in the morning!

Ingredientsraw-protein-muesli-recipe-jar
1 cup organic buckwheat hulled
1/2 cup pepita seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup LSA meal (or grind up some linseeds, sunflowers and raw almonds)
1/2 cup organic goji berries

Method
Roughly chop the buckwheat, pepitas and sunflower seeds using a coffee grinder. Combine this with other ingredients in a bowl.
Store in an airtight container in the cupboard or fridge.
Serve with some milk (warmed up is nice in winter) or with natural yoghurt and fresh fruit!
Makes a decent batch to last you a week!

The best thing about this, is you can mix & match how you please...try different seeds or nuts, or grains.
Increase your fibre intake by adding some Oat bran, Psyllium husks or Slippery Elm powder.
