We pack a wide range of natural food products on shared equipment including nuts, seeds, grains and cereals. This includes sesame, peanuts, soya protein and gluten containing products. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Unsubscribe' as the subject, or by replying to the email newsletter with 'Unsubscribe' as the subject. We will also email to notify you of changes to our policies, and for your order confirmations.
We will make every effort to ensure that the prices and availability shown on this website are current, however due to seasonal and market variations, prices and availability will occasionally change. However, the price listed on the website is the price that you will be charged at the time of ordering. If an item becomes out of stock prior to delivery we will contact you by email or phone to let you know and will recommend an alternative where available. As we only debit your credit card after the order is picked we can also just subtract the cost of the item from your order.
Product information, dietary information, photos & pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. From time to time packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and we may not always be as up to date as we would like to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.
Returns, Complaints or Errors
If you have any issues or concerns with a product you have purchased from Honest to Goodness, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us via email email@example.com or call us directly on 02 9420 3761. Our staff will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products in question as required. Please note that we typically require notice within the first 48 hours of the products arriving. If not returned or informed within three days, returns may not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitable for their intended use. We reserve the right not to accept back goods which have been purchased in error. If your order is incorrect in any way please also let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a credit, to send you any missing items or arrange for return of items. Please ensure all returned items are unopened and packed securely. In the event of a situation requiring a product recall we will contact every customer who has purchased a product from that lot immediately and arrange for return of the product in question. We will also post information for all customers in our news section.
