Orders generally require 24 hours processing time prior to being dispatched for delivery. Please keep in mind, we only process them Monday through Friday as we are kept very busy with the markets at the weekends.
We deliver Australia wide. All orders are delivered by couriers or Australia Post between normal business hours. A signature is required on delivery so please indicate a delivery address that will have a person present during normal business hours. On your request we can advise drivers to leave a parcel at the door if you are not at home but please be aware that we will then not have any proof of delivery from the driver (in the form of your signature) and so then cannot offer any guarantees on the security of delivery. Orders sent via Australia Post may be left for collection at your nearest Post Office if that is more convenient for you, just pop a note to that effect in the box provided for comments about your order.
Instead of loading up prices to recoup freight costs we choose a pricing structure that separates freight charges from the prices of the actual food products as we feel it is a more transparent way of retailing food products. By excluding a freight loading in our prices we believe our prices more accurately reflect quality and production considerations.
The table below shows delivery costs for orders to Sydney, NSW and Australia-wide. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of goods ordered and your delivery destination. The freight table below is only an estimate of the freight charges. The exact cost is not known until the order is completed and packaged, as sometimes it depends on not only the weight but the number of boxes. If the charge is more that 10% extra than the estimate we will contact you prior to shipment. We always endeavour to find the best freight rates possible for our customers.

Orders placed that are more than $250 will be delivered free of charge within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. PLEASE NOTE - our freight calculator is not very sophisticated so will still ADD freight to your order. Don't be alarmed - we delete the freight from your order when it comes through to us when you qualify for free freight and charge your credit card only the correct amount. Feel free to add a little reminder note in the notes section if this makes you feel more at ease - we don't mind the odd reminder!

*Note for PO BOX addresses, Australia Post is the only option, couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses. The maximum Australia Post will accept weight per box is 20kg. If your freight looks outrageous when your order comes through to us we will endeavour to find a better way to ship it to you and advise you accordingly. Sadly with petrol prices as much as they are at the moment, freight will remain an issue for us all!
For Sydney customers, when you add up the tolls, petrol & parking meters, it may well be cheaper just to pay the freight! Or... why not get together with a friend and share your order & freight costs.

Our friendly staff will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products in question as required or simply answer your question. Please note that we typically require notice within the first 48 hours of the products arriving. If not returned or informed within three days, returns may not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are suitable for their intended use, we do our best to help out, but do reserve the right not to accept back goods which have been purchased in error but we are pretty reasonable as we all make mistakes!
If your order is incorrect in anyway please also let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to send you the missing items or arrange for return of items incorrectly sent. Please ensure all returned items are unopened and packed securely.
In the event of a situation requiring a product recall we will contact every customer who has purchased a product from that lot immediately and arrange for return of the product in question. We will also post information for all customers in our news section.
