How do I order?
If you are a registered customer login by entering your email address and unique password into the box on the right hand side of the website. Once registered your details will be saved for future shops (not your payment details of course)!
If you are not a registered customer you can proceed directly to checkout without creating an account by selecting ‘checkout’. Enter your account information and select ‘continue.’
1. Click on one of the categories on the left or type the item you are looking for in the search box.
2. Select each product by clicking 'add to cart'.
3. Once you have completed selecting your items click on 'view cart'.
4. Once you have selected ‘view cart’ you can change quantities or remove products – this can be done at any time. Then select 'update cart'.
5. Once you are you are satisfied with your order click on 'checkout'.
6. Select your preferred shipping method – Fastway couriers, Australia Post or warehouse pickup.
7. Select 'continue'.
8. Select your payment method and select 'continue'.
9. Click on the 'I have read the conditions of use and I agree to them'.
10. Select 'confirm order'. There are 2 confirmation buttons for E-path payment - don’t forget to click 'complete payment' after entering your details
How can I pay?
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard
If I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?
If you do not have a credit card contact us on 02 9420 3761 to arrange an alternative form of payment. Goods will be kept safely with us until payment has been made in full.
What happens after I have placed my order?
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an automated email containing a 4 digit order number.Your credit card details will be securely encrypted and forwarded with your order to us.
Your order will be picked and then payment is processed. Please allow 24 hours for processing. You will receive an email notification when your order has been despatched, including delivery details. For further details regarding delivery, click on Delivery and Returns in the information table on the right.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes! You can pick up from the warehouse between 9.00am - 5.00pm. Please allow 24 hours for processing. i.e. orders placed by 5pm Monday will be ready for collection 9am Wednesday. We will notify you via email when your order is ready.
Orders are only processed Monday to Friday
How long do orders take to despatch?
We endeavour to despatch all online orders within 24hrs of us receiving them. However orders received on Fridays generally don't leave until Monday morning. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery time as we use contracted couriers who work deliveries into their run timetables.
What happens if my parcel does not show up when I would expect?
If your order does not arrive when expected, please contact us immediately either via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 02 9420 3761. We will put a trace on your order and advise whether the delivery has merely been delayed with the courier or is in fact misplaced.
Are all products listed on the website in stock?
We typically hold stock of all items listed on the site. Occasionally in times of high demand we may run out of a product and the website is yet to be updated. If this is the case and you have ordered it we will contact you to find out if you would like a replacement product, wait until it arrives or ship your order without the item.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by email or phone. If your order has been processed and shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation advice, you may return the goods (unopened & in good condition) for a refund of the value of the goods; however, we will not be able to refund the freight and handling cost incurred.
How do I use my coupon or voucher?
Place your order as per usual and proceed to checkout. After freight has been finalised enter your unique code in the ‘discount coupons or vouchers’ box and the discount will then be deducted from your order.
