This biodynamic 100% Rain Fed Rice is grown in Northern NSW purely on rainwater. Compare this to rice grown in a paddy field that requires about 1550L of water to grow 1kg of rice.

It is superb tasting and more nutritious than white rice as the bran & germ are still intact. This biodynamic 100% Rain Fed Rice can be enjoyed as a side dish, in salads, stuffings puddings & rice balls.

To cook, place 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of liquid, cover with lid, bring to the boil then simmer for 30-40mins.
