This organic LSA (whole cold milled) is a combination of organic linseeds (flaxseed), organic sunflower seeds and organic almonds. Linseed is a good source of essential fatty acids (Omega 3, 6 and 9) and fibre. Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, magnesium and tryptophan. Almonds contain protein, vitamins and minerals including vitamin B6, vitamin E and magnesium.

Our unique whole cold milled (WCM) process, gently grinds the whole raw seeds and nuts, at a low speed, with minimal heat generation. This method prevents oxidation and produces a nutrient dense meal, retaining the raw products essential nutrients and flavour.
