How do I order?
Click on the online store button and then one of the categories on the left hand side of the page to browse the product list. You can also use the search box to look for a particular product. You can shop first and login later or login first, it is up to you. If you are a registered customer login by entering your email address and unique password into the box on the right hand side of the website. Once registered your details will be saved for future shops (not your payment details of course!). To shop....Select the product you would like by typing a number in the quantity box and then clicking on the add to cart button next to the product. Continue through each category selecting the products you would like to buy until you have completed your order. At any point you can view the products in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page. You can change quantities or remove products at any point and choose to continue to shop or checkout. When you are satisfied with your order click on the 'view cart' button and then 'checkout'. Check your shipping details, freight options and payment options are all correct. The sit back and wait for your goodies to arrive.

How can  I pay?
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. We process your credit card securely after your order has been picked, no records are kept of card details after it has been processed.

If I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?
If you do not have a credit card contact us on 02 9420 3761 to arrange an alternative form of payment. You can tranfer funds or send a cheque or you may have another way! Goods will be kept safely with us until payment has been made in full.

What happens after I have placed my order?
Upon receipt of your order you will receive an automated email from us advising that your order has been received. Your credit card details will be securely encrypted and forwarded with your order to us. Your order will be picked and then payment is processed. Your credit card is NOT debited until the order has been picked in case there are any changes. We will then send you another email message confirming this and indicating that your order has been picked up by the courier. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive delivery within 1-3 days. For further details click on Delivery and Returns in the information table on the right hand side information table.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum spend for an online order is $30

How long do orders take to despatch?
We endeavour to dispatch all online orders received within 24hrs of us receiving them. However orders received on Fridays generally don't leave until Monday morning, not because we feel lazy on Fridays, it is because we don't like to have our products sitting in depots over the weekend. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery time as we use contracted couriers who work deliveries into their run timetables but we will send an email to confirm when your order has left our warehouse. Please contact us if your parcel does not show up when expected and we will follow it up for you.

What happens if my parcel does not show up when I would expect?
If your order does not arrive when expected, please contact us immediately either via email toogood@goodness.com.au or phone 02 9420 3761. We will put a trace on your order and advise whether the delivery has merely been delayed with the courier or is in fact misplaced.

Are all products listed on the website in stock?
We typically hold stock of all items listed on the site. Occasionally in times of high demand we may run out of a product and the website is yet to be updated. If this is the case and you have ordered it we will contact you to find out if you would like a replacement product, wait until it arrives or ship your order without the item.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by email or phone. If your order has been processed and shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation advice, you may return the goods (unopened & in good condition) for a refund of the value of the goods; however, we will not be able to refund the freight and handling cost incurred.

Are my credit card details safe?
Your credit card details are submitted to us using a PGP encryption. Your credit card details are viewed once by our staff for processing of your credit card details and then are deleted as an added security measure. As a result, shopping online with this level of encryption is actually safer than offering your credit card details over the phone or sending them through the mail.

What do I use my Shopping List for?
This might be a list of products that you always buy or that you would like to keep a list of for future shops.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
An Honest to Goodness gift voucher is a great gift for someone who enjoys good quality food! Just click on the online store button and gift vouchers can be found in the categories menu on the left hand side of the page. To purchase, simply select the value your wish. You can choose multiples of the same value or different values to make up the amount you desire. Postage of the gift voucher is free, although sometimes the freight appears at the checkout (if it does this we will adjust it at our end before we proces payment). Just remember to adjust the shipping address at checkout should you wish to send them directly.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are passed onto you 'at cost'. Costs differ depending on your location and the weight of the goods. Delivery costs are outlined in the Delivery & Returns section in the information table on the right hand side of the website.

How do I use my coupon or voucher?
If you have received a coupon or voucher from us, place your order as per usual and proceed to checkout. After freight has been finalised you will notice a box 'Discount coupons or vouchers'. Enter your unique code in this box and the discount will then be deducted from your order. This is done before payment details are entered. How do I get involved with Fundraising Goodness?
