Organic White Premium Bakers Flour is rolled milled unlike many other flours in our range. The premium part of the wheat grain is selected and ground by rollers into a fine flour & the bran is sifted off to produce this white premium bakers flour. This type of fine flour does not appear to be possible by stone milling. It is unbleached and does not contain any additives or preservatives. Organic white premium bakers flour produces high quality breads and pastries, however, it is also suitable for all purpose baking and bread making. It is especially suitable for soft breads, rolls, pasta & flatbreads. It is a high protein wheat flour (over 13%).
