SuperJam was created by Scottish teenager, Fraser Doherty, after he was taught to make jam using his Gran's secret recipes. All SuperJams are made using 100% pure super fruits and sweetened naturally with grape juice. Strawberries are classed as a superfruit due to the high level of anti-oxidants they contain.
