Plump and juicy whole dried figs. Lerida figs get their name from the fact that they are hand shaped into a flat disc shape when packed. A white sugar coating appears on figs over time as a natural result of storage. It is harmless and does not affect fruit quality. It is completely edible bit can be washed off in warm water if preferred.
