The Styrian Pumpkin Seed makes a nutritious, tasty snack. The seed is valued for its essential fatty acid (EFA) content & sometimes referred to as ‘brain food’. It is a favourite in trail mixes, salads and cereals. Styrian pumpkin seeds are delicious roasted and lightly salted, however the valued nutrient properties of the seeds are somewhat diminished when heated so are best enjoyed raw.

Styrian Pumpkin seeds are often pressed to produce an oil. The oil is often enjoyed in salads and drizzled in soups & pasta.
