Light grey in colour these are the hulled seed of the sunflower. They have a mild nutty flavour. A very nutritious snack. Also great for sprinkling in salad, stir-fry, muesli or breakfast cereal. A delightful ingredient for cooking, especially cakes, muffins and biscuits. Toasted them will bring out their flavour. These sunflower seeds are raw and have not been heat treated.
