A quick and delicious dip to whip up for any occasion. a healthy alternative to store bought pesto, it can also be served with pasta!

  1. Place basil leaves, garlic and cashews into a food processor and blitz until the cashews are broken down into small rough pieces.
  2. While food processor is still running, pour in coconut oil and salt until well mixed.
