Easy to make and delicious! This vegan parmesan nut cheese is made using earthy brazil nuts and nutritional yeast. Use to top pasta dishes, stir fries and other saucy dishes.
- 1 cup Organic Brazil Nuts
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/3 tsp fine Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp (or less) to taste, chopped garlic
- Add all ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until resembles a crumble consistency.
- Use straight away or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
