Berringa Honey is an Australian family owned and run business, with more than 25 years’ experience in the honey making industry. A leader in the highest quality 100% Australian Eucalyptus and Manuka Honey, Berringa’s products are sourced from specially selected Apiarists and Australian hives, with no artificial additives, colours or flavour.  

EUCALYPTUS HONEY

SUITABLE FOR EVERY DAY USE

Only sourced from Australian beekeepers, Berringa’s Eucalyptus is Raw Single Filtered, Cold Extracted Honey, which means minimal processing and better taste.

HONEYCOMB

Berringa honeycomb is available in both pure & natural and Pure organic packs Serving suggestions include cheese and antipasto platters, or alternatively you can eat it the same way you would honey from a jar.

MANUKA HONEY

Berringa ‘Super Manuka’ Honeys can be used across a variety of applications: consumed straight from the jar, used as an ingredient in baking and cooking, or for cosmetics and therapeutic applications.

The Methylglyoxal (MGO) readings of manuka honeys, measures their antibacterial and antiomicrobrial activity. Research has shown that honeys with a strength over 100MGO can be used therapeutically. Research into the Berringa 'Super Manuka' honeys has also shown they have the ability to inhibit staphylococcus aureus and e-coli.

Berringa’s 100% Australian Manuka Honey MGO60+ is a mild strength bioactive honey that is perfect for every day use.
Use on toast, on cereals, with fruit, in drinks – wherever and whenever you would use a table honey.

SUITABLE FOR EVERY DAY USE

Berringa’s 100% Australian Manuka Honey MGO120+ is a mild strength bioactive honey suitable for every day use.
It contains natural enzymes and antioxidants and is perfect as an additive for foods and drinks, or it can be taken by itself (recommended between 1-3 spoons daily).

Berringa 100% Australian Manuka Honey 220MGO+ is a medium strength bioactive honey suitable for general wellbeing.
