DESCRIPTION
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, red onion, capsicum and chopped herbs. Add toasted seeds if using.
Drizzle the apple cider glaze over the salad. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Serve immediately for a fresh, tangy crunch, or chill for 10–15 minutes to let the flavours meld.
