Lola Berry is a leading Australian Nutritionist who created the 20/20 Diet after losing 20kg in 20 weeks. She regularly appears on TV sharing her knowledge of high energy wholefoods and leading an authentic and healthy life.

Lola is very colourful, engaging and very passionate! She truly believes the most nutritious, healthy food is also the tastiest! Whether through her TV appearances, radio spots or her popular web series, Lola reaches out to people all over the world.

She grabbed people's attention when she first lost 20kg in 20 weeks by following a Paleo approach to eating, consuming nutrient dense foods while avoiding dairy, refined sugar and processed foods. She felt it was a simple & holistic way to bring the body, mind & spirit back in balance. She is a firm believer in listening to your body and getting back to basics with simple wholefoods because for Lola, food has two, very special roles: to nourish us and be a vehicle for enjoying the company of our family and friends.

Following the success of her diet plan, she created the 20/20 Diet Cookbookwhich is a beautifully presented, wholesome collection of recipes which takes the time to explain where & how to source your food, the essential items needed for creating her recipes as well as her personal cooking notes – a personal touch which gives the book more meaning.
