PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

400g biodynamic rain-fed brown rice, cooked
1 onion, chopped finely
1 zucchini, chopped finely
2 carrots, chopped finely
1/4 cup peas
Drizzle of organic sesame oil
2-3 tbsp organic coconut aminos

method

  1. Add the onion, carrot, zucchini and peas into a large pan over a medium heat.
  2. Cook for 5-10mins, stirring occasionally until veggies are cooked through.
  3. Add the rice, sesame oil and coconut aminos into the pan and stir until combined. 
  4. Turn down the heat and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
