1/2 cup orgqanic hulled sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1 small spanish onion, finely sliced
1 large lemon (juiced)
2-3 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch continental parsley, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
organic olive oil
salt & pepper
- Add the onion to a large bowl and soak in the lemon juice (this takes away that raw onion taste).
- Then add the tomatoes, parsley & mint.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until lightly golden, and add these to mixture, along with a liberal splash of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
