This porridge is full of healthy fats such as Omega 3 & 6 which are known to help to reduce LDL cholesterol that can clog artieries and put a strain on the heart.
Method

Cook organic oats according to your preferred method.

Stir in organic chia seeds.

Transfer oats to a serving bowl.

Pour nut milk over oats.
- Top with banana, strawberries, activated cashews, hemp seeds and a dollop of organic peanut butter.

Sprinkle with organic cinnamon.
- Stir to combine.

Serve and enjoy!
Optional: Add flaxseeds or walnuts for extra omega-3s. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. Experiment with different fruits and nut butter options.
