HOW TO USE
Best steeped for 6-7 minutes if combined with boiling water in a pot. It can be accompanied by honey, lemon and/or milk.
Alternatively, it can be enjoyed as a refreshing summer iced tea. Simply brew to your preferred strength, remove the tea leaves then leave to cool before placing in the fridge.
If you prefer a sweeter chilled tea (the bitter notes in tea can develop more with chilling), don't forget to add your chosen sweetener when hot! We favour our Honest to goodness Australian Manuka Honey of our Australian Raw Honey.
Brewed leaves will quickly break down in your home compost or provide food for your worm farm. Just make sure to wait until the leaves are cool before adding.
