400ml organic coconut cream
1 cup organic frozen raspberries
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp organic cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp organic chia seeds
- Place the coconut cream, raspberries, maple syrup/honey and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor and blitz on high until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the chia seeds and stir through to combine.
- Pour the mixture into four serving cups or jars and put in the fridge to set overnight.
