1/2 cup Australian hemp seeds
1 1/2 cup water
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1-2 tbsp organic maple syrup
1-2 tbsp organic raw honey
1-2 tbsp organic brown rice syrup
1/2 tsp organic cinnamon powder
2-3 tbsp organic cacao powder
1/2 tsp organic vanilla bean powder
2-3 organic Medjool dates
- In a blender, add the hemp seed and water and blend for 1 minute on a high speed.
- Add a pinch of Himalayan salt into the hemp milk and blend for a further 10 seconds. (Add in your optional additions here if using).
- Strain the milk through a nut milk bag for a smoother consistency.
- Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge. Enjoy!
