Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen chopped mango
1/3 frozen banana
1 serve protein powder
3 tbsp organic quinoa flakes
1 tsp organic tahini
1 tsp organic turmeric

method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. 
  2. Blend until combined.
