Ingredients
1 can organic cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
½ cup organic hemp seeds
2 large garlic cloves
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup organic tahini
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
⅓ cup water
Himalayan salt & black pepper to taste
method
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender. Process until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes), stopping every now and then to scrape the bowl down.
2. Season to taste and serve with veggie sticks or brown rice crackers
Dip will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
