How to Cook Grains

  1. Rinse the grains thoroughly.
  2. Add the suggested water amount to a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
  3. Add in the rinsed grain, and return to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for the indicated time.
  5. Once all the water is absorbed, fluff the grain with a fork, replace the cover and remove from the heat. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
