PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid/brine in a can of cooked chickpeas)
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
1 1/2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp organic brown rice syrup
1 cup cold pressed sunflower oil

method

  1. Blend aquafaba (chickpea brine), mustard powder, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, and brown rice syrup on high with an immersion blender, electric beater or high-powered blender for 30 seconds until frothy.
  2. Very slowly add the oil while continuing to blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust flavour as needed.
  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
