1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid/brine in a can of cooked chickpeas)
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
1 1/2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp organic brown rice syrup
1 cup cold pressed sunflower oil
- Blend aquafaba (chickpea brine), mustard powder, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, and brown rice syrup on high with an immersion blender, electric beater or high-powered blender for 30 seconds until frothy.
- Very slowly add the oil while continuing to blend until creamy and smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavour as needed.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
