Organic Rooibos Loose Leaf Tea comes from the plant Aspalathi linearis folium bio, traditionally found in South Africa. It has a deep, rich, earthy-sweet flavour and is thought to hold many health benefits including promoting a healthy immune system and has some anti-allergen effects.
HOW TO USE
Organic Rooibos Tea is best steeped for 6-7 minutes if combined with boiling water in a pot. It can be accompanied with honey, lemon and/or milk. Alternatively it can be enjoyed as a refreshing summer iced tea.
GROWING & PROCESSING
The rooibos plant leaves Aspalathi linearis folium bio are harvested, dried naturally then cut to produce tea which is then packaged under 100% organic food conditions.
