Organic Unbleached White Bakers Flour is produced by gently stonegrounding the whole wheat grain and sieving off of the bran. Unlike most commercially available white flours, there is no bleaching, no further refinements and no additives. Therefore the flour does not have the same colour as 'white' flour.
This is one of the best flour for making sourdough and rustic breads .
