DESCRIPTION
Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together pomegranate vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, red onion, and walnuts. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top if using.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
