Quick and easy to cook, the twists and spirals of fusilli are perfect for holding tomato or pesto based sauces.

HOW TO USE
Add pasta to plenty of boiling water with a little salt, cook uncovered for about 5-7 min or until pasta is ‘al dente’.
Perfect for all your favourite pasta dishes, as well as in delicious soups and salads.
GROWING & PROCESSING
Honest to Goodness Organic Fusilli with Tomato & Spinach is made following a traditional artisanal process. The pasta dough is bronze extruded (pressed through a bronze mould) and slowly dried over 30+ hours. This process creates a rougher texture that 'holds' sauce for the perfect al-dente bite.

Organic Durum Wheat Semolina, Water (12.5%), Organic Dehydrated Tomato (0.8%), Organic Dehydrated Spinach (0.4%)
