Its rich & delightful nutty flavour makes it perfect for hummus and dips, dressings and sauces. Tahini can also be used as a healthy alternative to butter or margarine.
GROWING & PROCESSING
This organic tahini has been made by milling unhulled sesame seeds using a traditional stone grinding technique into a paste. (Unhulled sesame seeds still has the outer skin (hull) present which provides a natural source of calcium).
It is made here in Australia with certified organic sesame seeds from Ethiopia.
