Organic brown rice syrup can be used as an alternative to regular sweeteners when baking or on toast, waffles,  pancakes or drinks. Organic rice syrup contains no fructose so is suitable for those sensitive to fructose or following a low FODMAP diet.

Organic brown rice syrup is not as sweet as honey or sugar. It is produced using organic brown rice.

The mild delicious sweetness of organic brown rice syrup can be enjoyed as a spread, drizzled on pancakes, used in baking, cooking or drinks.  You can substitute 1¼ cups of organic brown rice syrup in any recipe that calls for 1 cup of sugar. Depending on the consistency you may need to reduce other liquids in the recipe by ¼ cup.

Organic brown rice syrup is produced by hydrolyzing brown rice starch with natural enzymes (the enzymes help to break down the starches). The liquid is strained off and reduced until the desired consistency is obtained.

Has this product been tested for Inorganic Arsenic? 
Yes, batches from our supplier have been tested at less than <50 parts per billion. The FDA Standards and Regulations for Inorganic Arsenic in food is 0.5-2 parts per million, so the amounts in this Organic Brown Rice Syrup are minute.

I am in love with your rice malt syrup, it has so many uses in my house and also in my raw dessert business. I practically add it to everything from in my porridge in the morning to even in stir-fry's as a replacement to honey!
