SHORT DESCRIPTION

A vibrant summer salad bursting with flavour - juicy strawberries, silky burrata & peppery arugula, all finished with a delicious balsamic glaze.

DESCRIPTION

  • Prep the Base: In a large bowl, combine the arugula with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Gently toss until the arugula is lightly coated.
  • Arrange the halved strawberries and the torn pieces of burrata evenly over the bed of dressed arugula.
  • Drizzle the salad with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle the salad with the chopped toasted pecans and fresh basil. Enjoy!

  • 8 oz burrata cheese, pulled apart
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs Organic Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1 tbs fresh basil, chopped
