Juice and zest of one lemon (about 3tbsp juice)

1 garlic clove
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp organic sunflower seeds
5 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked
1. Process everything in the blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve with Gluten Free Seed Crackers and enjoy!
