Homemade Hummus - An easy and delicious recipe! |

Ingredients ¾ cup dried organic chickpeas 3 cloves garlic 1/3 cup organic unhulled tahini ¼ cup lemon juice 1 tbspn flat leaf parsley 2 tbsp olive oil Himalayan rock salt (to taste) Water (or liquid that chickpeas were cooked in, thin to taste)
Method Cook chickpeas as per directions on packet. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
