PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic shredded coconut
1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1/2 cup organic cacao
1/4 cup organic virgin coconut oil
1 cup of dried figs (sulfur free) chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup walnuts

method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high food processor
  2. Roll into balls and leave to firm in freezer for 1/2 hour
