Cardamom is a spice which originated in India, Nepal and Bhutan. Its is regarded as the Queen of Spices. It is found in the form of a small pod with black seeds inside. Both the seeds and the pod give a pleasant aroma and flavor. They are used to flavor Indian dishes and the seeds can also be added to desserts and beverages to compliment the sweet flavor. You can also use this spice to make cardamom tea.
