Organic coconut vinegar is made by naturally fermenting the sweet sap of the coconut blossom, producing a nutrient-rich vinegar for every day use. The sap used for making coconut vinegar contains a large range of minerals and vitamins, as well as amino acids.

This vinegar is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised, therefore you can see traces of the "mother" inside the bottle. The mother is a culture of organisms that is naturally produced during the fermentation process, and looks that like floating cobweb-like formations. The mother is a nutrient-rich substance filled with living probiotics and enzymes.

Organic coconut vinegar naturally contains a prebiotic called FOS, which helps to promote digestive health. It is gluten-free, vegan and considered to be low GI (35).
