PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1 cup organic steel cut oats
4 cups of water
milk, cream or yoghurt
sweetener: organic honey, organic agave syrup or organic rapadura sugar
fresh fruit or fruit compote

method

  1. Soak the oats in water overnight.
  2. In the morning, add the salt and bring to the boil, stirring frequently for about 30-45 minutes.
  3. Serve with your choice of milk/cream/yoghurt, sweetener and fruit.
